I am an agent with Keller Williams Realty Services (“KW”) in Florence, KY. KW stays on the cutting edge of technology and is a leader in the way homes are sold and purchased through online marketing. I am a member of the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors, Northern Kentucky Multiple Listing Service, the Kentucky Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
I love helping people and families upsize, downsize, become first-time homeowners, invest in land for future projects, or to buy real estate for investment purposes. I understand that the process of buying or selling one’s property can be daunting and emotional. Consequently, I strive to help clients understand the process, explain the details of contracts, and negotiate and communicate with lenders, title companies, government agencies, and attorneys to achieve a positive closing. I am a seasoned negotiator and will use my knowledge of the Real Estate market to assist you through the purchasing and selling process. I specialize in the selling and purchasing of single home residences, luxury homes, new construction, 1031 like-kind exchanges, and land for single residential homes or investments.
I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduating from Northern Kentucky University, I married my college sweetheart and moved to Northern Kentucky. I have lived in the heart of Florence for 30 years where my husband and I raised our two children. I am extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding neighborhoods, subdivisions, parks, and school districts. Because my children were involved in year-round activities, such as girl scouts, boy scouts, dance, softball, baseball, and 15 years of local and traveling soccer, I am well acquainted with the Greater Cincinnati area.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center for over 20 years as a Basic Science researcher as the Lead Technician on many National Institute Health government grants.
My favorite hobbies are cooking, gardening, photography, and traveling with my husband and children. I especially love to entertain dinner parties with family and friends at my home.
