In the spring of 2018, I began searching for a home in northern Kentucky to start a new chapter of my life. Cherie met me to look at houses almost immediately after I expressed interest. We looked at multiple homes and I found one very close to work, but it needed some remodeling. I put in an offer, however, the remodeling expense exceeded my contractual agreement. I was discouraged after walking away from this property, however, Cherie remained positive and we continued to move forward in my search. I found a home more suited for my renovation budget and closed on it in June 2018. Cherie was available to me day and night to answer my questions and talk sense to me when my anxiety was running high. She was fantastic to have in my corner! Buying a home can be very stressful, but having a realtor like Cherie can make the experience much more comfortable. She shows up with her A Game every time. I recommend Cherie to anyone who says they are in need of a realtor. She will never disappoint!
